Mary Ann Murdock Abney received her B.S in chemical engineering from Mississippi State University and completed her MBA at the University of Texas at Austin. After serving as a process technologist at Ergon, she was named global technical marketing manager.

Nick White is Vice President of Global Business Development for Ergon Refining. After receiving his B.B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans, he joined Process Oils Inc., a marketing and sales company serving the Rubber Process Oils Industry, as a Sales Executive in 2001. Nick was named Vice President of Process Oils Inc. when Ergon purchased the company in 2015 and was promoted to his current position within Ergon Refining as Vice President of Global Business Development in 2019.
